This Policy explains what Bosleyconsultation.com by Web Marketing 360 LLC does to keep your information private and secure.

We keep information under procedural controls that comply with or exceed governmental standards. We allow our employees, agents, and contractors to access information about you only when they need it to do their work. We require companies working for us to protect your information. They use your information only to provide the services we ask them to perform for us. We may also share information about you in other ways, as required or permitted by law. Here are some examples of ways that we share information:

  • To service your account.
  • To respond to a subpoena.
  • To protect against fraud.

You may unsubscribe from any email you receive from us. Links to unsubscribe are found at the bottom of each email we send to you or that is sent on our behalf.

We communicate Privacy Policies in one of two ways:

  • Privacy Policy page will be updated.
  • If, in our opinion, a privacy policy change is warranted we will notify you by email.


Special Notice for Vermont Residents.

In order to comply with Vermont law, we will automatically treat accounts with Vermont mailing addresses as if you have made the privacy choices listed above.

Special Notice for California Residents.

In order to comply with California law, the following applies if your account has a California mailing address. We will not share information that we have about you with companies outside of those that we have joint marketing agreements with unless otherwise permitted by law. This Policy applies to current and former consumer customers. This policy is effective as of March 2009.
